Description

Provide Tier III escalation support for complex networking issues and design secure infrastructure solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy LAN, WAN, and Data Center Fabric routing and switching solutions in large-scale environments.
• Act as the primary escalation point for Tier III support issues from Tier I and II teams.
• Provide network engineering consulting, including assessments, design, and implementation of secure products.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve connectivity and traffic utilization problems.
• Manage client documentation, monthly reports, and infrastructure recommendations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total IT experience with 4+ years of hands-on enterprise networking.
• Deep expertise in LAN/WAN routing and switching.
• Proficiency with Cisco hardware, specifically Nexus.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for network connectivity.
• Ability to write clear, precise, and well-organized technical documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• CCNP certification or equivalent working knowledge.
• Experience with Citrix load balancing and acceleration solutions.
• Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) implementation and deployment.
