Description

You will design, configure, and deploy secure LAN, WAN, wireless, and Data Center network solutions. This role serves as the Tier III escalation point for complex support issues.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy LAN and Data Center Fabric routing and switching in small to large environments.
• Manage WAN routing design and implementation.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and traffic utilization problems.
• Maintain and grow client documentation and monthly reporting.
• Provide after-hours coverage via an on-call rotation for upgrades and support.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• 4+ years of networking experience, including configuring and troubleshooting enterprise networks.
• CCNP level certification or working knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco LAN/WAN routing and switching.
• Experience with Cisco Nexus.
• Expertise in network security, monitoring, and infrastructure services.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to interface with third-party vendors and produce precise technical documentation.
