What's the Job?

• Provide operational support for enterprise network platforms including switching, routing, firewalls, and wireless systems.
• Support enterprise wireless platforms through configuration, monitoring, performance tuning, and analytics.
• Diagnose and resolve network incidents efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Assist with the design and implementation of network enhancements aligned with architectural and security best practices.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate network changes and deployments, ensuring stability and security.

What's Needed?

• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise routing, switching, wireless platforms, and firewall technologies.
• Experience supporting large-scale network environments with a focus on security principles and best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, including conducting Root Cause Analysis.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and global teams, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new tools and methodologies
