Description

Provide operational support for enterprise network platforms including switching, routing, firewalls, and wireless systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise wireless platforms through configuration, monitoring, performance tuning, and analytics.
• Diagnose and resolve network incidents efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Assist with the design and implementation of network enhancements aligned with architectural and security best practices.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate network changes and deployments, ensuring stability and security.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise routing and switching.
• Strong proficiency with firewall technologies.
• Experience supporting large-scale wireless systems.
• Ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis for network incidents.
• Knowledge of security principles and best practices in network environments.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and global teams.
