Description

You will manage and enhance a global Cisco wired and wireless network providing voice, video, and data services.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and enhance global Cisco wired and wireless networks for production and guest use.
• Coordinate and implement low to high-risk network changes following the ITIL framework.
• Develop and document network standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.
• Build and finalize network frameworks within Azure cloud environments.
• Maintain Palo Alto firewalls in coordination with the security team and provide after-hours on-call support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an IT-related field.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco 9K Wireless and Cisco ISE.
• Proficiency with Cisco Prime DNAC and Ekahaū.
• Experience with Palo Alto firewalls.
• Experience managing VOIP services.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud networking.
• Proficiency with SolarWinds and Python.
• Ability to write technical processes and guidelines.
• CCNA or CompTIA N+ certification.

Preferred Skills

• CCNP certification.
• Cloud environments experience.
