Description

You will design, evaluate, and implement network solutions to support global low-latency and high-performance computing requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement complex routing systems to meet low-latency and security requirements.
  • Manage efficient execution of network solutions across diverse financial product environments.
  • Optimize network performance by leveraging industry technical trends.
  • Maintain and support complex routing and switching architectures.

Required Skills

  • 9+ years of experience in network engineering.
  • Extensive knowledge of routing protocols including BGP, MP-BGP, OSPF, RIP, MPLS, and L2-VPNs.
  • Proficiency with Multicast (PIM SM/DM/SSM) and IP routing platforms like ISRg2, ASR1K, CRS-1/4/8, and Juniper.
  • Expertise in switching platforms including Cisco Nexus, Cat3K, 4K, 6K, and Arista.
  • In-depth understanding of STP (RSTP, PVSTP+), 802.1q trunking, CEF, ARP, DHCP snooping, and IGMPv2/3.
  • Strong grasp of TCP/IP concepts including TCP slow-start, duplicate Acknowledgments, retransmits, and SACK.
  • Experience with testing suites such as IXIA, Spirent, Shunra, RFC2544, and IMIX/EMIX.
  • Proficiency in Unix, Linux, Excel, and Word.
  • CCIE certification or equivalent professional experience.
