Description

You will manage and support enterprise-level network architecture and operations in a 24x7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot network outages, incidents, and service requests to meet SLA requirements.
• Join recovery calls and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve high-priority incidents.
• Configure and deploy network devices, including IP schemas, routing tables, and network filters.
• Document network services, topology, design criteria, standards, and incident logs.
• Manage escalations from NOC Level-2 engineers and interact with vendor TAC centers or WAN service providers.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in network engineering or support.
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring and remote administration.
• Knowledge of IP protocols, IP addressing, and routing table management.
• Experience with network topology documentation and design defect resolution.
• Ability to implement changes for network performance optimization.
• Experience handling incidents, service requests, and change requests within standard processes.
• Degree in any field.
