Description

You will manage LAN and WLAN operations across multiple customer sites, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LAN and WLAN operations to maintain maximum uptime and performance.
• Manage daily network activities, including site start-ups and ongoing maintenance.
• Proactively monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Resolve network-related incidents to minimize service disruption.
• Collaborate with engineering and enterprise teams to diagnose technical problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in LAN/WLAN administration and troubleshooting.
• Deep knowledge of Cisco hardware, including routers, switches, and wireless LAN controllers.
• Proficiency in network management tools such as Cisco Prime and Cisco WCS.
• Strong understanding of WAN, DNS/DHCP, and data cabling standards.
• Experience in planning, designing, and implementing LAN and wireless networks.
• Expertise in configuring DHCP and DNS services.
• Knowledge of power requirements for network equipment in TCOMM rooms.
• Ability to perform software maintenance and upgrades.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise network team collaboration.
• Background in network hardware installation.
