Description

Manage and launch core network devices supporting commercial services while troubleshooting Layer 2 and Layer 3 connectivity issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 routers to resolve complex connectivity issues.
• Assist with routing configuration and design work from initial design through installation hand-off.
• Prepare configuration files and launch devices for deployment.
• Execute migration work and support critical projects through in-depth troubleshooting across business units.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in networking and routing.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or Nokia router hardware.
• Deep understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols.
• Strong experience with routing protocols including OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, and BGP.
• Expert-level troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with EIGRP.
• Ability to work immediately on production environments.

Preferred Skills

• CCNP certification.
• CCNA certification.
