Description

You will design and architect scalable, secure Wi-Fi networks for enterprise offices, campuses, and remote sites.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect enterprise wireless networks, including predictive and physical site surveys using Ekahaun or AirMagnet.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and tuning of wireless access points, controllers, and infrastructure such as Aruba, Cisco, Meraki, and Ruckus.
• Implement Wi-Fi security standards including WPA3, 802.1X, RADIUS integration, and rogue AP detection.
• Monitor network performance and capacity to resolve coverage issues and bottlenecks.
• Maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams, SOPs, and topology maps.
• Lead large-scale wireless projects, upgrades, and redesigns while participating in on-call rotations for critical outages.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering with at least 3 years focused on enterprise wireless networking.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Aruba, or Meraki enterprise Wi-Fi solutions.
• Proficiency in wireless standards: 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax, MIMO, beamforming, and channel planning.
• Experience with authentication methods including RADIUS, EAP, and Active Directory integration.
• Technical proficiency with Ekahaun, NetSpot, Wireshark, and spectrum analyzers.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and QoS.
• Expertise in Layer 2/Layer 3 networking and building resilient enterprise networks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• CWNA, CWDP, CWSP, or other CWNP certifications.
• Cisco or HPE Wireless certifications (e.g., CCNP Wireless) or Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP).
• Ekahaun Certified Survey Engineer (ECSE).
