Description

You will design, architect, and maintain scalable enterprise Wi-Fi networks across offices, campuses, and remote sites.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise wireless networks, including predictive and physical site surveys using Ekahau or AirMagnet.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and tuning of wireless access points, controllers, and infrastructure (Aruba, Cisco, Meraki, Ruckus).
• Implement Wi-Fi security standards including WPA3, 802.1X, RADIUS integration, and rogue AP detection.
• Monitor network performance and capacity to resolve coverage issues, bottlenecks, and latency.
• Lead large-scale wireless projects, upgrades, and redesigns while maintaining technical documentation and topology maps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of network engineering experience, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise wireless.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Aruba, or Meraki enterprise Wi-Fi solutions.
• Proficiency in wireless standards: 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax, MIMO, beamforming, and channel planning.
• Experience with authentication methods including RADIUS, EAP, and Active Directory integration.
• Technical proficiency with Ekahau, NetSpot, Wireshark, and spectrum analyzers.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, QoS, and Layer 2/Layer 3 networking.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• CWNA, CWDP, CWSP, or other CWNP certifications.
• Cisco (CCNP Wireless) or HPE Wireless certifications, or Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP).
• Ekahau Certified Survey Engineer (ECSE).
