Description

You will own the analysis, design, development, and testing of client network operations. You act as the technical escalation point for Support Specialists and Systems Engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy IT infrastructures and protection strategies to support client business plans.
• Perform quality assurance activities to ensure standardization of best practices.
• Document and test network configurations to ensure successful project completion.
• Resolve complex technical issues escalated by support and systems engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Routing and Switching.
• Hands-on experience with TCP/IP, DNS, and HTTP.
• Experience managing VPNs, VLANs, and VIPs.
• Expertise in implementing ACLs.
• Working knowledge of Windows environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
