Description

You will own the design, configuration, and maintenance of the network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain routers, switches, network appliances, and wireless controllers.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot outages, and schedule necessary upgrades.
• Establish and enforce network security policies and procedures.
• Resolve network issues promptly, providing technical expertise to other IT staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network infrastructure with other IT systems.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in network engineering or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years experience with designing, installing, and troubleshooting network services: IPsec, DNS, DHCP, STP, VLANs, LACP, IPv4, IPv6, ACL, EIGRP, RADIUS, vPC, HSRP, VTP, SIP, H.323.
• 4+ years combined experience with Cisco Collaboration, UCCX, VoIP design, and configuration.
• Proficiency configuring Cisco, Fortinet, and Rubrik network devices (routers, switches, FMC firewalls).
• Strong understanding of networking protocols including TCP/IP, BGP, and OSPF.
• Experience with network security best practices and tools.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds or Wireshark.
