Description

You will manage and optimize multi-site, multi-national wireless and network infrastructure with a focus on scalability and high availability.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement wireless infrastructure and IoT device integrations, including security cameras and digital signage.
• Troubleshoot and maintain wireless network services and execute scoping, planning, and methodology for critical network projects.
• Develop disaster recovery designs and manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and service resolutions.
• Monitor network health using specialized tools and respond to outage alerts within a follow-the-sun support model.
• Document network infrastructure, incidents, and problems within the ticketing system.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience maintaining multi-site or multi-national networks.
• Advanced Cisco wireless design and implementation expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco ISE, Prime, and Firepower.
• Proficiency with Cisco ASA, FTD, FMC, ISR, and ASR routers.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco IOS XE, routing, and advanced LAN/WAN configurations.
• Experience with Azure networking and integration with telecom provider MPLS and SIP networks.
• Ability to perform data and packet capture analysis.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools including Live Action, Prime, and Logic Monitor.
• Network design and documentation skills using Visio.

Preferred Skills

• CCNP certification.
• VMware, Microsoft, and PowerShell scripting experience.
• ITIL framework knowledge.
