Description

You will provide enterprise networking support, resolve complex issues, and act as a technical advisor for customers and partners.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Connect with stakeholders and customers to drive significant results and provide onsite support.
• Resolve complex customer problems and coordinate with engineering teams for issue resolution.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure operational excellence in service delivery.
• Continuously learn and strengthen technical skills in relevant networking domains.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Networking.
• Deep understanding of key technologies and protocols in Enterprise Networking.
• Professional R/S level certification (CCNP) or equivalent (CCIE R/S, DevNet Professional).
• Strong operational and consultancy experience.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Experience troubleshooting complex scenarios in enterprise environments.

Preferred Skills

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
