Description

You will design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new network solutions while improving current network efficiency.
• Install, configure, and support routers, switches, SD-WAN, OOB networks, and wireless systems.
• Monitor network performance metrics including availability, utilization, throughput, and latency.
• Execute system upgrades, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations.
• Troubleshoot outages, maintain documentation, and collaborate with architects on optimization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on network engineering experience.
• CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) or higher certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Cisco IOS, Wireless, and SilverPeak operating systems.
• Deep understanding of IPSec, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, and QoS protocols.
• Experience with Cisco wired/wireless devices, SilverPeak, and OpenGear.
• Knowledge of SD-WAN and OOB networks.
• Familiarity with network security and access control models.
• Experience using diagnostic and monitoring tools like SolarWinds and Cacti.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization including AWS, Azure, and VMware.
