Description

Lead the procurement, installation, and network integration of Live Scan equipment across state agencies, ensuring seamless connectivity between cloud-based servers and local agency systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the statewide procurement and installation of Live Scan hardware for state agencies.
• Establish and maintain network connectivity between cloud-based Live Scan servers and agency-side equipment.
• Advise agencies on defining network requirements and upgrading existing hardware infrastructure.
• Manage the configuration and integration of state systems with cloud servers.
• Collaborate with IT suppliers and technical personnel to ensure successful system integration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering or technical support.
• Expertise in advanced network administration, including DHCP, DNS, routers, and firewalls.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex computer hardware and software problems.
• Experience managing and controlling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for agency coordination.
