Description

You will engineer and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, ensuring compliance with MassDOT security standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and update documentation detailing current network architecture and new installations.
• Design and implement future network equipment installations and capacity plans.
• Analyze and troubleshoot network infrastructure at a high level.
• Resolve network issues independently with approved vendors and state agencies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of network engineering experience designing, configuring, and troubleshooting complex enterprise networks.
• 5+ years of senior experience leading and overseeing complex networking projects through completion.
• Strong technical acumen in TCP/IP, VLANs, WANs, routing, and switching (Cisco).
• Experience with Access Control Lists, Firewalls, Citrix NetScaler, VPN, Wi-Fi, and Enterprise Wireless technologies.
• Previous experience with Checkpoint, Cisco, Juniper, or Palo Alto firewalls.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
