Description

You will configure, deploy, and troubleshoot network infrastructure for branch refreshes and new site setups.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy Cisco routers and switches for branch refreshes and new site setups.
• Execute the network refresh program, including staging, shipping, and on-site coordination.
• Submit and track change requests via ticketing systems to ensure process compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering, stakeholders, and real estate teams to meet customer requirements.
• Document all configurations, changes, and operational procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional networking experience.
• Proficiency with Cisco networking hardware (routers and switches).
• Familiarity with CCNA and CCNP concepts.
• Experience using Ansible and Python for automation.
• Working knowledge of Agile development processes (two-week sprints).
• Ability to analyze and resolve network performance issues.

Preferred Skills

• Actual CCNA or CCNP certification.
• Experience with real estate coordination for site builds.
