Description

You will support and troubleshoot Juniper network infrastructure, maintain on-prem VMware virtualization, and provide Tier 3 support for LAN/WAN, wireless, VoIP, and data center operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot Juniper routers and switching infrastructure in a non-Cisco environment.
• Maintain on-prem VMware virtualization and Windows Active Directory, including Group Policy management and remediation.
• Provide Tier 3 support for LAN/WAN, wireless, VoIP, and data center operations.
• Assist with network security infrastructure including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and Network Access Control (NAC).
• Participate in after-hours maintenance windows and critical incident response while maintaining documentation and asset inventory.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Proficiency with Juniper Networks, including routers, troubleshooting, routing/switching, and Border Gateway Protocol (BGP).
• Solid understanding of VMware infrastructure and on-prem virtualization.
• Expertise in Windows Active Directory and group policy management.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, wireless, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and NAC.
• Ability to work independently in high-security, regulated environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting surveillance systems.
• Familiarity with CJIS or other regulated security standards.
