Description

You will troubleshoot and resolve advanced network issues across the infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Level 3 and advanced network issues, managing callbacks until resolution and providing appropriate customer solutions.
• Investigate root causes, test solutions, and suggest fixes to reduce network ticket resolution time.
• Manage upgrades for new and existing network hardware and device software.
• Support Level 1 and Level 2 resources with network-related issues.
• Ensure network operations align with established priorities and objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco ACI and SDA Fabric.
• Expertise in Palo Alto Firewall deployment and management.
• Strong hands-on routing skills, including Cisco OSPF and BGP.
• Proficiency in Cisco Switching technologies, including Nexus and stack switches.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot Cisco Wireless (WLC) issues.
• Demonstrated experience with general network routing and switching protocols.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to explain complex technical topics clearly.
