Description

You will manage and troubleshoot complex network infrastructure and security systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Level 3 and advanced network issues, providing technical solutions and follow-up to ensure resolution.
• Investigate root causes of network problems and implement solutions to reduce ticket resolution times.
• Manage hardware, equipment, and network device software upgrades for new and existing assets.
• Support Level 1 and Level 2 resources in addressing network-related technical issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in network engineering and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco ACI, SDA Fabric, and DNA Center.
• Expertise in Cisco Routing protocols including OSPF and BGP.
• Strong switching skills with Cisco Nexus and Stack switches.
• Experience deploying and managing Palo Alto Firewalls via Panorama.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting connectivity issues through firewalls.
• Hands-on experience investigating and troubleshooting Cisco WLC wireless issues.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to various stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
