Description

You will resolve advanced network infrastructure issues and manage hardware and software upgrades.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Level 3 network issues and manage callbacks until resolution.
• Investigate root causes and implement fixes to reduce ticket resolution time.
• Manage upgrades for new and existing network hardware and device software.
• Support Level 1 and Level 2 resources with network-related problems.
• Ensure network operations align with established priorities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco ACI and SDA Fabric.
• Expertise in Palo Alto Firewall deployment and management.
• Strong routing skills, including Cisco OSPF and BGP.
• Proficiency in Cisco Switching technologies, including Nexus and stack switches.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot Cisco Wireless (WLC) issues.
• Demonstrated experience with general network routing and switching protocols.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
