Description

You will manage operational support and optimization for LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VoIP, and eFax environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and outages using Logic Monitor and Zendesk to identify bandwidth or speed issues.
• Configure and support switches, access points, VoIP systems, and eFax services.
• Execute equipment installations, software upgrades, and patching to minimize business disruption.
• Coordinate with telecommunications providers to resolve circuit outages and open support tickets.
• Communicate network issues to management and collaborate with store managers to schedule maintenance.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Network Administration.
• CCNA certification.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki switches and access points.
• Experience managing Velocloud SD-WAN.
• Proficiency with Cloud Hosted VoIP and eFax systems.
• Fundamental knowledge of network protocols.
• Experience using network monitoring tools and ticketing platforms.
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software configuration issues for end users.
