Description

You will manage and optimize network performance within IT/OT/ICS environments. You own the stability of access and distribution LAN switching layers while ensuring strict adherence to change control processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze network performance using Wireshark to provide root cause analysis and technical recommendations.
• Perform complex troubleshooting, backups, archiving, and recovery procedures.
• Manage access and distribution LAN switching environments.
• Maintain network stability through strict adherence to change control processes and documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT/OT networking environments.
• Strong Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking skills.
• Hands-on experience with VLANs, RSTP, EtherChannel, Multicast, and QoS.
• Proficiency in firewall configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with wireless LAN technologies and virtualization.
• Knowledge of network services including SNMPv3, Syslog, DNS, NTP, DHCP, and AD.
• CCNA certification or equivalent expertise.
