Description

Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WLAN, WAN, and hosting environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement network segregation using VLANs and manage Cisco and Palo Alto security policies.
• Create and maintain High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation and network diagrams.
• Manage IT infrastructure hardware and virtualization platforms, including Hyper-V.
• Apply ITIL methodology for IT Service Management and handle incident resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to solve complex network and hosting problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Network, Telco, or equivalent domains.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco network infrastructure (LAN, WLAN, WAN).
• Experience with Palo Alto firewalls and network security policy implementation.
• Proficiency in IT virtualization, specifically Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITIL) and ServiceNow (SNOW).
• Ability to produce technical standards, HLD, and LLD documentation.

Preferred Skills

• CCNA certification or other networking, server, and firewall certificates.
• Bachelor's degree in IT with a network/hosting engineering focus.
