Description

You will manage and support enterprise-scale network operations and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot Cisco LAN, WAN, and SAN hardware, including switches and routers.
• Implement and manage SD-WAN solutions and cloud network connectivity.
• Administer Palo Alto firewall platforms, including Panorama and Prisma.
• Oversee circuit procurement and management with large telecommunications providers.
• Organize and deliver multiple infrastructure projects on time and within budget.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of experience in IT Network Operations Support (or 6-8 years with a bachelor's degree).
• Palo Alto certification or general networking certification (Palo Alto strongly preferred).
• Deep hands-on experience with Palo Alto Panorama and Prisma platforms.
• Substantial knowledge of F5 Load Balancers.
• Experience with Cisco network technologies (LAN, WAN, SAN, switches, and routers).
• Proficiency with network monitoring tools such as Solarwinds, Appneta, DataDog, or Dynatrace.
• Basic operational knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

• Palo Alto certification.
