Description

You will design, maintain, and automate the corporate, campus, and datacenter network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across on-premises and hybrid environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain corporate LAN (access/distribution/core), VLANs, STP, QoS, and enterprise wireless infrastructure (controller-based/cloud-managed).
• Operate datacenter spine-leaf architectures, BGP, VxLAN/EVPN overlays, and high-availability designs; monitor capacity and latency baselines.
• Administer Palo Alto Networks NGFW platforms, Panorama, GlobalProtect VPN, and Prisma Access, enforcing zero-trust segmentation and security policies.
• Develop automation scripts and configuration management workflows using Python, Ansible, and Terraform to reduce toil and improve consistency.
• Monitor network health via observability tools (SNMP, telemetry, NetFlow), drive incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and documentation.

Required Skills

• 4–6+ years of hands-on enterprise network engineering experience.
• Proficiency with BGP, OSPF, STP/RSTP, VLANs, and LACP for L2/L3 design and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Palo Alto Networks NGFWs, Panorama, and GlobalProtect VPN.
• Working knowledge of datacenter networking concepts: spine-leaf, VxLAN/EVPN, and high-availability failover.
• Proficiency in Python, Ansible, and Terraform for network automation.
• Experience with enterprise wireless networks (Cisco Meraki, Aruba, or equivalent) and RF optimization.
• Strong troubleshooting methodology for complex multi-layer production problems.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications: PCNSE, CCNP Enterprise, CWNA/CWSP, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with public cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises connectivity (Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, VPN).
