Description

You will design, operate, and automate the corporate, datacenter, and security networking infrastructure. You own the stability of the network, the security posture of the firewall platforms, and the reliability of connectivity across on-prem and remote sites.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain corporate LAN/WLAN infrastructure, including VLANs, STP, QoS, and wireless RF planning.
• Operate datacenter networking with spine-leaf architectures, BGP, VxLAN/EVPN, and high-availability failover.
• Manage Palo Alto Networks NGFW (PA-Series, Panorama) for security policies, GlobalProtect VPN, and zero-trust segmentation.
• Monitor network health using SNMP, telemetry, and NetFlow; drive root-cause analysis for incidents.
• Develop automation scripts in Python, Ansible, and Terraform to reduce operational toil and ensure consistency.

Required Skills

• 4–6 years of hands-on enterprise network engineering experience.
• Deep proficiency with Palo Alto Networks NGFWs, Panorama, App-ID, and GlobalProtect.
• Solid routing and switching fundamentals: BGP, OSPF, STP/RSTP, VLANs, LACP, and L2/L3 design.
• Experience with enterprise wireless networks (Cisco Meraki, Aruba, or equivalent) and Wi-Fi 6 optimization.
• Working knowledge of datacenter concepts: spine-leaf, VxLAN/EVPN, and high-availability designs.
• Strong troubleshooting methodology for complex multi-layer production problems.
• Proficiency in Python, Ansible, and Terraform for network automation.
• Effective written communication for clear runbooks and incident postmortems.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications: PCNSE, CCNP Enterprise, CWNA/CWSP.
• Familiarity with public cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-prem connectivity (Direct Connect, ExpressRoute).
• Experience with load balancers (F5, AVI, NGINX) and NAC platforms (Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass).
