Description

You will manage and maintain the organization's telecommunications and mobile infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Teams Azure environment.
• Manage and maintain the mobile device fleet, ensuring correct configuration and security settings.
• Maintain and manage Audio codes and Ribbon SBC/SBA gateways.
• Monitor SIP Trunk circuits and Fax servers.
• Identify and resolve complex technical problems, focusing on root cause analysis and stability improvement.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of IT experience, with 3 years specific experience in Teams Enterprise Voice.
• Experience enrolling and unenrolling mobile devices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune for MDM and TDM.
• Proficiency with VoIP technologies.
• Experience with telecom circuit installation and troubleshooting (SIP, E-fax, PRI, T1, analog).
• Hands-on knowledge of Teams Voice, Call Routing, Conferencing, E911, SBC, SBA, gateways, and SIP trunks.
• Ability to manage DID number management, Teams Dial Plans, Response Groups, and Auto Attendants.
• Troubleshooting voice-related network and carrier issues.
