Description

You will manage and maintain the organization's telecommunications and mobile infrastructure, ensuring stability and security across Teams, VoIP, and mobile device fleets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice environment, including call routing, conferencing, and E911 configurations.
• Manage AudioCodes and Ribbon SBC/SBA gateways, monitoring SIP trunk circuits and fax servers for performance.
• Administer the mobile device fleet using Microsoft Intune for MDM and TDM, handling enrollment, configuration, and security policies.
• Resolve complex technical issues through root cause analysis, focusing on telecom circuit stability and voice network troubleshooting.
• Manage DID numbers, Teams dial plans, response groups, and auto attendants while troubleshooting carrier and network issues.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of total IT experience with 3+ years specific to Teams Enterprise Voice.
• Hands-on expertise with Teams Voice, SIP trunks, SBC, SBA, and gateways.
• Proficiency in VoIP technologies, including SIP, E-fax, PRI, T1, and analog circuit installation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM/TDM).
• Knowledge of switching and routing protocols.
• Ability to manage Teams dial plans, response groups, and auto attendants.
• Strong diagnostic skills for voice-related network and carrier issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure telecommunications environments.
• Background in mobile device fleet scaling and security hardening.
