Description

This role owns deep-level network and infrastructure troubleshooting across Layers 1 through 3 and the Application layer.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end troubleshooting from physical connectivity up to application-level issues.
• Support and troubleshoot routing protocols, specifically BGP, EGP, and EIGRP.
• Troubleshoot HPE, Dell, and EMC server stacks hands-on.
• Participate in a 13-day rotation for offshore escalation support after 7:00 PM ET.

Required Skills

• Expert-level CLI proficiency and a deep system troubleshooting mindset.
• Strong understanding of OSI Layers 1-3 and routing protocols.
• Proven experience managing and repairing physical server infrastructure.
• Experience in high-uptime operations environments and data center operations.
• Experience with Linux and general network technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
