Description

Manage and maintain core infrastructure and network services in a hybrid Phoenix, AZ environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, and support infrastructure, applications, and cloud services.
• Monitor and resolve complex system and network issues in 24/7 mission-critical environments.
• Administer servers, storage, SAN, security appliances, and Active Directory.
• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell and maintain ITSM documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Windows and Linux servers.
• Proficiency in PowerShell automation and ITSM tools.
• Strong understanding of multi-tier application architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Microsoft, and VMware environments.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Jira.

Preferred Skills

• AWS experience.
• Relevant industry certifications (AWS, Cisco, Microsoft, VMware).
