Description

You will maintain large-scale enterprise network solutions across a global infrastructure, ensuring system availability and seamless operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor active network equipment and troubleshoot issues to resolve incidents and optimize performance.
• Configure and install network devices including routers, switches, IP addresses, VLANs, routing protocols, MPLS, VPN, and QoS.
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.
• Provide Level 2 support by diagnosing network problems, analyzing logs, and managing incidents to resolution.
• Assist in network design, implementation, and deployment troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience as an L2 Network Engineer or Network Administrator.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Switches, Cisco Routers, Cisco Wireless Access Points, and Cisco Wireless Controllers.
• Proficiency with SD-WAN, LAN segmentation, and Riverbed Bandwidth Optimizers.
• Strong knowledge of routing and switching protocols including BGP, OSPF, HSRP, and IPsec.
• Solid understanding of JUNOS, Cisco IOS, and the OSI/TCP/IP models.
• Experience with Internet VPN implementation and troubleshooting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• CCNA or CCDA certification.
• Availability to work 24x7 shifts.
