Description

You will lead technical operations for managed routing and LAN services, ensuring stability and performance of the network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain managed routing services to ensure optimal traffic flow and uptime.
• Oversee the administration and support of managed LAN infrastructure across the organization.
• Lead technical operations for network services, resolving complex issues and optimizing performance.
• Provide Level 2 engineering support for network incidents, troubleshooting hardware and software failures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering roles.
• Deep expertise in managing and configuring managed routing services.
• Strong proficiency in managed LAN services, including switch configuration and VLAN management.
• Ability to perform Level 2 engineering tasks, including advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Proven track record of leading technical operations for network infrastructure.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field, demonstrating strong foundational knowledge.
• Experience working in a high-availability network environment.
