Description

You will manage and enhance the enterprise observability ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Integrate data and telemetry sources into the observability ecosystem (netIM, Splunk, ELK, NetFlow, ThousandEyes, NetBrain, and other supported platforms).
• Build and maintain unified dashboards and visualization outputs for operational, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Support automated diagnostics, alerting, and reporting workflows to improve incident response.
• Provide support for packet capture, traffic visibility, and deep network analytics using Extrahop, GigaMon, and comparable technologies.
• Contribute to automated network mapping and topology-driven diagnostics using NetBrain.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Proficiency with Splunk and ELK stack technologies for log aggregation and analytics.
• Experience utilizing NetFlow and ThousandEyes for network telemetry.
• Familiarity with observability platforms like netIM and NetBrain.
• Ability to support and contribute to platform governance and compliance standards.
• Experience with traffic visibility and deep network analytics tools.
• Demonstrated ability to support architecture decisions and platform adoption.
