Description

Manage and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure in a 24x7 shift environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain LAN/WAN designs including routing protocols and segmentation.
• Troubleshoot SD-WAN, Cisco switches, routers, and wireless access points.
• Implement and resolve issues related to Internet VPNs and remote connectivity.
• Monitor network performance using diagnostic and analytics tools.
• Manage Cisco Wireless Controllers and Riverbed Bandwidth Optimizers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Network Administrator role.
• Hands-on experience with Routing and Switching.
• Proficiency with Cisco IOS and JUNOS operating systems.
• Deep knowledge of protocols: BGP, OSPF, HSRP, and IPSEC.
• Strong understanding of the OSI and TCP/IP models.
• Experience with LAN segmentation and SD-WAN.
• Ability to work independently and manage 24x7 shift rotations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certification such as CCNP, CCNA, or CCDA.
