Description

You will manage network connectivity and troubleshoot issues between DCM and MNO partners to support product launches, while owning the release pipeline by maintaining project backlogs and ensuring delivery meets stakeholder requirements.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot communication and application incidents through detailed log analysis and root cause analysis.
• Develop and execute test cases, create technical reports, and present findings to team members and executives.
• Collaborate with internal design, software, firmware, manufacturing teams, and external vendors to resolve issues.
• Research emerging wireless and vehicular technologies to evaluate their application in operational environments.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in detailed log analysis and network troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of wireless technologies including 4G, 5G, NSA, and SA.
• Deep knowledge of 4G and 5G wireless protocols and 3GPP specifications.
• Proficiency with IP protocols including IPv4, IPv6, and various routing protocols.
• Hands-on experience with network simulator equipment and logging tools such as QXDM, QCAT, XCAP, XCAL, and Wireshark.
• Proven professional experience in telematics and multimedia development.
• Ability to present technical reports and findings to executive leadership using PowerPoint.
