Description

You will design, implement, and maintain complex LAN, WAN, and data center network infrastructures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and document network topologies to meet performance standards and security policies.
• Manage Cisco Nexus 6000, 7000, and 9000 series switches, including configuration and optimization.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco VSS, Virtual Port Channels (VPC), and Virtual Device Contexts (VDC).
• Execute data center software and hardware technology refreshes and integration services.
• Diagnose complex connectivity issues, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years focused on network engineering.
• Extensive experience with Cisco Nexus NX-OS devices and Cisco VSS technologies.
• Hands-on experience with F5 Load Balancers configuration and operations.
• Proficiency with Cisco Wireless Technologies and DMVPN setup and support.
• Deep knowledge of networking protocols including TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and MPLS.
• Experience managing LAN, WAN, and Nexus Fabric environments.
• Competency with network operating systems such as IOS and NX-OS.
• Ability to use monitoring tools like SolarWinds or PRTG to proactively address issues.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant degree.

Preferred Skills

• Cisco CCNP or CCIE certifications.
