Description

You will manage enterprise-level network infrastructure, lead incident resolution, and ensure critical service delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement network requirements, leading project-related activities.
• Support P0/P1 and crisis incidents, leading triage and contributing to Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Manage day-to-day service delivery, systems performance reviews, and operational documentation.
• Mentor team members on new technologies and provide training to lower-level support teams.
• Participate in a 24/7 rotational on-call schedule for after-hours support.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of enterprise-level networking experience.
• CCNP certification.
• Cisco Routing and Switching: VLANs, STP, Port Channels, vPC, MAC.
• Layer 3 protocols: OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, VRFs, and DMZ.
• Wireless expertise: Centralized Wireless, Certificates, BYOD, and ISE.
• WAN technologies: MPLS, SDWAN, and IWAN.
• Management protocols: SNMP, FortiMonitor, QoS, NetFlow, and AAA/TACACS.
• Cloud architecture: AWS VPC, TGW, and Route53.
• Cisco ACI: Creating tenants, bridge domains, VRFs, EPGs, and AAEPs.
• Experience with FortiGate, Infoblox, load balancers, firewalls, and proxies.
