Description

You will design, deploy, and maintain functional network infrastructures including LAN, WAN, WLAN, VLAN, and VPN.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy network architectures, configuring routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues using specialized tools to ensure system availability.
• Implement and manage security measures, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems, to mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Execute network upgrades and expansions to support organizational growth and scalability.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including network diagrams, configuration logs, and operational procedures.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of proven experience as a Network Engineer or Network Administrator.
• In-depth knowledge of network protocols including IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and HSRP.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, and HP hardware.
• Proficiency with monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as SolarWinds, Wireshark, and Nagios.
• Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.
• Practical experience with LAN and VLAN configurations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCNA, or CompTIA Network+.
• Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with cloud networking in AWS or Azure, and experience with SDN or NFV.
