Description

You will design, implement, and operate enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN and cloud-connected networks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and network services including VLANs, STP, DHCP, DNS, and NAT.
• Manage routing protocols (BGP/OSPF) and traffic engineering to ensure optimal paths and redundancy.
• Support cloud networking constructs such as VPC/VNet, subnets, gateways, load balancers, and hybrid connectivity (VPN/ExpressRoute/Direct Connect).
• Monitor network performance, capacity, and availability; proactively address bottlenecks and failures.
• Implement and document network changes, standard operating procedures, and runbooks in collaboration with security teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking, routing, and switching.
• Strong understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), redundancy (HSRP, VRRP), and L2/L3 design patterns.
• Experience with firewall and VPN fundamentals, including ACLs and network segmentation.
• Working knowledge of cloud networking in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency with network monitoring and logging tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Grafana, Zabbix).
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to automation using Python or Ansible.
• Experience with SD-WAN, load balancers, or CDN basics.
