Description

You will provide Tier 3 hardware and software technical support to Federal and SLED customers. You will troubleshoot complex product problems independently and manage a caseload of lower-critical issues while supporting critical network outages.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and debug complex network problems using structured methodologies.
• Resolve high-priority network incidents and lead technical resolution efforts.
• Collaborate with team members to support critical network outages.
• Manage a caseload of lower-critical issues while ensuring service stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering or technical support.
• Cisco Data Center expertise, specifically CCNP-CCI or CCIE equivalent.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and supporting Cisco UCS servers (C/B series).
• Proficiency with routing and switching protocols and VXLAN.
• CCNP or CCNA certification required.
• Sole US Citizenship is required.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Hyperflex, Intersight, or network storage.
• Knowledge of VMWare, ACI Multipod/Multisite, or Nexus Dashboard Orchestrator (NDO).
