Description

You will manage and deploy SD-WAN infrastructure and enterprise networking hardware, owning the full lifecycle from site analysis to activation.

Responsibilities

• Configure Cisco devices, SD-WAN edge routers, switches, and client hardware to ensure stable connectivity.
• Perform customer site analysis, including on-site visits to capture surveys and prepare recommendation reports.
• Manage SD-WAN templates, control connections, PNP portals, BFD, and IPsec/SIG tunnels.
• Troubleshoot circuit types including Ethernet, T1/E1, T3/E3, Broadband, and LTE to resolve build issues.
• Document all activation activities, client communications, and technical notes accurately.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Viptela SD-WAN, including vBond, vSmart, and vManage in HA environments.
• Deep knowledge of routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, L3VPN/L2VPN, and BFD.
• Proficiency with Cisco switches, access points, and cEdge/vEdge router onboarding.
• Experience with QoS, MPLS, VRRP, and VRF.
• Knowledge of secure internet gateways, including DTLS, IPsec, and Zone-based firewalls.
• Experience in multi-cloud environments using Azure ExpressRoute and Cloud OnRamp.
• Ability to create and update HLD and LLD documentation.
• CCNP, CCNP SP, or CCIE level knowledge required.
