Description

You will manage and maintain the hardware and software infrastructure for stable computer networking, including LAN/WAN design and server infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and administer network routers, switches, cabling, and wiring for telephony and data interfaces.
• Execute disaster recovery, business continuity, and data archiving procedures across storage, compute, and virtualization layers.
• Perform network performance tuning, capacity planning, and fault management.
• Manage daily helpdesk tickets and technical escalations using ServiceNow.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network and systems engineering.
• Proficiency with VMware and virtualization technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience with TCP/IP, LAN, and WAN protocols.
• Experience managing Backup, Patching, and Antivirus workflows.
• Ability to use ServiceNow for workflow and ticket management.
• Experience with Cloud technologies.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to communicate technical requirements to non-technical business units.
