Description

You will own LAN and Wi-Fi monitoring, support, and troubleshooting for network infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity issues across switches, routers, and cabling.
• Resolve trouble tickets generated through ServiceNow and document all steps and solutions.
• Provide Tier 2 support for LAN-related incidents escalated from Tier 1.
• Collaborate with Tier 3 engineers for complex issue resolution and assist in diagnosing root causes.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize workload independently.

Required Skills

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in network engineering or support.
• Strong proficiency in LAN and Wi-Fi technologies, including switches and routers.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for ticket management and tracking.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in Tier 2 support and assisting Tier 1 teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
