This is a comprehensive, hands-on position requiring a professional with the expertise to navigate complex network tasks independently. You will work across a wide variety of technologies, providing enterprise-level support, resolving network issues, and maintaining rigorous documentation for all configurations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network hardware and software.

Network Operations: Identify and resolve complex network issues, ensuring optimal performance and stability.

Administration & Compliance: Create and maintain documentation for network configurations, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Cross-Technology Support: Provide enterprise network support across diverse environments, including cloud data centers.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a journey-level professional (typically 3+ years of experience) with deep technical knowledge in an enterprise environment. Your expertise should include:

Switching & Routing: Arista (including Cloudvision), HPE/Aruba.

Wireless & SDWAN: Aruba wireless management; SDWAN technology (Silver Peak preferred).

Remote Management: Cradlepoint and Cradlepoint NetCloud Manager.

Security & Load Balancing: Firewalls (Cisco ASA, Palo Alto) and F5 or compatible load balancing technologies.

Core Services: DNS, DHCP, and IPAM.

Management & Infrastructure: Network management platforms (e.g., Solarwinds); experience with UPS maintenance, connectivity, power distribution, and cloud data center support
