Description

You manage and operate the network infrastructure, ensuring network, telecom, and Internet activities meet customer SLA expectations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Use network monitoring tools to proactively manage and track network health.
• Administer telecom equipment and oversee service procurement, including inventory and licenses.
• Analyze network traffic types and bandwidth usage to ensure proper backbone sizing.
• Manage SD-WAN infrastructure and collaborate with vendors for implementation and support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience, with 3 years in Telecom or network operations.
• Experience supporting Cisco Switching and Routing, Meraki Wireless, and Palo Alto Firewalls.
• Proficiency with NAC tools (Cisco Client, Portnox).
• Experience administering and configuring VPN (GRE/IPSec) and Azure Cloud Networking.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience creating network diagrams in Visio.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux scripting and automation.

Preferred Skills

• Applicable Cisco certifications (CCIP, CCIE, CCNA).
• Experience with Citrix or similar technologies in a decentralized environment.
