Description

You will manage network communications, internet activities, and telecom operations to ensure SLA compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage the network using established monitoring tools and ensure the Network and Telecom group meets customer SLA expectations.
• Administer, configure, and support SD-WAN infrastructure.
• Manage telecom equipment and service procurement, including inventory and licensing.
• Analyze network traffic types and bandwidth usage to size backbone connections.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience, including 3 years in Telecom or network operations.
• Experience supporting Cisco Switching and Routing, Meraki Wireless, and Palo Alto Firewalls.
• Experience with NAC tools (Cisco ISE, Portnox).
• Proficiency in SD-WAN Administration, configuration, and support.
• Experience with VPN technologies (GRE/IPSec) and Azure Cloud Networking.
• Familiarity with monitoring and Network Configuration Management (NCM).
• Strong network diagramming skills using Visio or similar tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent written/verbal communication.
