Description

You will design, implement, and support datacenter and campus networks, managing operational infrastructure and security solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and support datacenter and campus networks using routing, switching, Wi-Fi, and network packet brokers.
• Manage day-to-day operational support for LAN and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
• Review network designs for EVPN, VxLAN, and leaf-spine architectures to recommend upgrades or improvements.
• Deploy and maintain Arista NDR and AGNIs Security solutions.
• Develop and maintain a network infrastructure monitoring and alerting strategy.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with network design and deployments for Campus and Data Center networks.
• Expert knowledge of Ethernet, VLANs, VxLAN, VPN, IP Routing, and TCP/IP.
• Deep experience with OSPF, BGP, IPsec, MACsec, Multicast, QoS, Wi-Fi, VoIP, and 802.1X.
• Proficiency with EVPN, VxLAN, Python, VoIP, TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and Linux.

Preferred Skills

• Arista ACE 3 or above certification.
• Palo Alto firewall experience.
• Knowledge of Commonwealth of VA Information Security Standard (SEC530).
